Human Resources is responsible for providing direct personnel functions to employees at the hospital. These services include, but are not limited to Administration, Benefits/Work Life, Classification/Salary Administration, Employee Records Management, Employee/Employer Relations, New Employee Orientation, Recruitment/Staffing/Employment and Retirement/Worker's Compensation.

Human Resources provides personnel policy interpretation for managers and employees to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies. Human Resources also provides advice and support to management as well as employees or others responsible for the implementation of the Employee Relations Guidelines, ADA Administration and Safety Administration.
