The Nutritional Services Department has 110 employees. Clinical Dietitians assess patients' nutritional needs. The Inventory Control Center procures, stores and issues food and supplies. Meal production is by both conventional and cook-chill methods. Meal delivery includes tray service to dining rooms and to wards, as well as family-style dining. Catering services are provided for specified patient and hospital activities.
