patient on a 24-hour basis
- Providers of nursing care require
licensure/certification
- All nursing care is governed by
the North Carolina Nurse Practice Act.
- Care is planned, supervised, directed and
evaluated by a registered nurse/nurse manager
- Supervises the
Admission Office*, which coordinates the screening and admission
processes
Supervises the Transportation Department which provides escort, transportation, & mail services for the
hospital.
